Why is my cat meowing more than before?

Please help me by answering. Yesterday I took my cat out (which I usually do not do). After coming in from outside, she is acting weird. She is trilling and meowing a lot, lying down and meowing. She wants to go out all the time. But my main query is... is she ill? Why is she trilling and meowing soo much?
