One cat chasing the other out of bedroom?

I have two cats (sisters) that I have had for four years. I adopted these two kitties at 6 weeks from a family giving away kittens. They have always gotten along.
They both want to be in the bedroom with me. Over this past year, one has become territorial. She gets mad and goes after the other cat to get her out of the room?
They used to be fine together. I have been feeding stray cats outside but that has been for two years.
