Kitty behavior after shots

My little girl is only 12 weeks old at the moment, so she loves running around and pouncing on things and chewing the life out of them. She had her first lot of shots today and she is almost a different cat - she’s very very placid and not purring as much as she used to.
She has less interest in things she used to love :(
Is this something I need to be worried about or is it normal after vaccinations?
