Female cat peeing on the tiles

I have 2 cats, a boy and a girl, and two litter boxes. Even when I clean out the litter box my girl cat still pees on the tiles. I have tried to clean the tiles with baking soda, lemon, vinegar, all of it but nothing works. It’s getting frustrating now and I don’t know what else to do.
