Does growing nipples mean my cat is pregnant?

by Anonymous

My cat had gotten out a little while back for around three days. I couldn't find her and a few weeks after she returned, I noticed her nipples dilating. I didn't think she could have kittens because she is around 7 months and she is not spayed due the pandemic that has just occurred.

Enlarged nipples may mean your cat is pregnant, but that's not the only reason that happens. It can also happen when cats are in heat, and it could be a sign of illness. Cats can get pregnant as young as 4 months.
