Do cats get embarrassed and do male and female cats feel masculine and feminine?

I don't think cats get embarrassed. That's a human quality and I wouldn't go that far in describing a cat's emotions (although they are emotional creatures).

As for feeling masculine and feminine, I would say yes, but not in the way people define or describe it. Cats have a hierarchy, a pecking order. Intact male cats are usually at the top, then neutered males, and then females. For example, an intact neighborhood male cat might have the largest territory of any cat in the area. In that respect, they feel masculine vs. feminine.
