Which cat has orange pee?

I have two cats. One is a year old male and the other is a 4-month-old female. Today I found pee on the ground, one being reddish/orange and beside it a normal (yellow) one.
I can't tell which cat it is from, but I have a feeling it could be the female one because she never properly learned how to use the litter box. She has no other symptoms, however, and she is full of energy.
I contacted the vet and I have an appointment tomorrow, but I am wondering if they will be able to tell which cat it is from the urine sample?
