One of my 2 cats popped my kid's "water wiggler" toy. Could it be a problem?

One of my 2 cats popped my daughter's "water wiggler" fidget toy. It's a soft plastic tube filled with colored liquid and glitter. We found the toy, popped and empty, on the floor this morning. I cannot find what the liquid would be (other than colored water). Has anyone had this experience?

MSDS?

You should be able to contact the manufacturer and get a material safety data sheet on the product that will tell you if it's toxic. They may have it posted on their website. Usually, I've seen it in PDF format.
