How do I get my cats to stop knocking everything on the floor?

I have 3 pixie Bob cats. Mama Kitty and 2 kittens. They are always knocking things off shelves and counters, chewing on toothbrushes, shredding curtains, and bolting into rooms hiding under furniture. I have toys, scratching posts, and let them outside to run. They still knock vases and cups over, the garbage over and shred the bags. What do I do?
