Does this surgical site from a spayed cat look normal?

I just had my 8-month-old Bengal cat spayed yesterday, and I noticed her site looks like it's folded over or protruding a little bit. Looking at other pics on the internet, it just looks a little different.
I was wondering if anybody has had their cat's incision site look like this, and did it heal well. Did the protrusion level out? Thanks for your input.
