Switch kitten from wet food to KMR?

I have two kittens, Luna, 2 months old and Ivy, 40 days old. They both eat wet kitten food. Luna is playful, while Ivy I feel she is weak. She trips when she walks and sleeps like she is dead. I can legit carry her and move her and she won't wake up, which worries me.
Someone told me to start giving her KMR. Should I do that? I bought her 3 days ago and the person I bought her from isnt responding so I don't know what to do.
