Amelia our Turkish Van

Amelia is a 7 year old Turkish Van who makes Mississauga, Ontario her home. She has two human servants who ensure that all her needs are met.


In return, Amelia is a warm, loving cat that has bonded to her human mates. She proves that loyalty isn't a quality restricted only to dogs.

Hi Lina, I'm Amelia's companion.

Rikki will be the best companion you've ever had. Turkish Vans are highly intelligent, loyal, forgiving and tend to bond to one person and usually devote all their time, attention and love to that one person.

In short, the perfect cat-companion.

I got Rikky the Turkish Van after I lost my two former cats Minoush and Casper. He was an abused cat and on the street. I took him just to rescue him and had pity on him. Now he is the most loving cat. He never tires from showing his gratitude. He sleeps on my chest and wants to be cuddled all the time. I am glad I got him.
