One of our readers, Carmella, is considering purchasing a cat health insurance policy for her three cats, and asked for opinions on our Facebook page.

She'd be paying $20/month for each of her three cats, or $60 per month total.

Do you think this is a good investment?

Here is the original text of the question she posted on Facebook:

Thinking of getting pet insurance for all of my cats. For the most part I would be paying $20/mo for each of my cats and these plans cover a lot with a $100 yearly deductible. I'm just still debating if it is worth it. Anybody have insurance for their cats? If so, do you feel it is worth it? Mind you, my cats are 3, 1, and 7 weeks old. So I would be starting insurance early in their lives. Give me your opinions!! Thank you.
