Black And White Cat Name Sir Boots

A young, skinny male cat showed up in our yard one day, about 2 years ago, and my son's girl friend put some dry cat food out for him. It took a while, but he finally came up on the patio and ate.


He's been with us ever since. He comes and goes, but always shows up at feeding time every morning and evening. Sometimes he sleeps on or in a shelter we made for him on the porch.

Since he is black with a white face and paws, we named him Sir Boots. He has now acquired a lady friend from somewhere, who stays with him at all times. Her name of course is "Lady". She is still shy of us, but Boots lets the kids pet him, and tote him around (for a short time).

Hi, I recently found a black and white cat in Pearl, MS. It's a male but he looks more like a kitten, not very big. If this sounds like your cat let me know.

Thanks for adding to the list! I've seen the name Boots plenty of times, but I think I like Sir Boots better! I've added the name Sir Boots to the list of tuxedo cat names.

That's a cute story. It reminded me of one Halloween when a stray cat followed us home from trick or treating. We named him Casper of course, after Casper the friendly ghost.
