Princess Tiger from Boise

Tiger was born on a warm summer day not far from where her Daddy was working. Her Daddy watched those beautiful orange tabby triplets from a distance and dreamed of one day being snuggled up to by these precious angels.

One day her daddy brought her home to be with her brother Louis. The two were soon joined by their sister Harmony.

Daddy used to sit in their room for hours hoping to see a glimpse of those beautiful babies. One day Princess Tiger got her little paw caught in the fabric of her kitty condo.

She was scared to death and was pleading for help. Amazingly she let her papa free her little paw.

It was at this point she became Daddy's little girl. Through the tragedy of watching her brother pass away that horrible day in December of 2011, I watched my little princess defy the odds and grow to be a gorgeous full grown kitty.

I have so many wonderful memories of my daughter that I cannot possibly do them justice with the printed word.

The morning of her passing I knew my daughter would not live to see another sunrise. I cherished every moment knowing it would be the last time to do so many things.

On the way to the Dr.'s office I talked with her all about our life together. I told her how much I loved her and that we will be together again soon.

The Dr. examined her and confirmed that my princess was about to join her brother at the rainbow bridge. She laid on my lap as she had done so many times before and fell asleep listening to her daddy tell her he loved her.

I look forward to the day that we cross the bridge together. Daddy promises not to forget to bring your treats. Good bye my angel Daddy loves you.

Hi little angel. I have been a bad daddy. It has been two years since I posted on your memorial. It has been 7 years since you passed little one. I still think of you every day. Papa kitty passed away last fall. (I'm sure you already know that though) He is a spitting image of your sis. Tell him that we all miss him terribly. Your papa was such a noble creature. We humans could learn much from him. Miss Elfie unfortunately will be joining you soon. Please welcome her and look after her. Daddy loves you princess.

Every year as the summer turns to fall I always think of my little girl. Despite her at times very hard life she was always such a sweet little thing. I can still see her waiting on the kitchen counter for her treats. She knew if she stared at me long enough that she would always get more treats. Who could say no to that beautiful little face. Daddy misses you sweetheart. I hope you, Louis, and Momma are having fun at the rainbow bridge.

It's hard to believe that my little girl has been gone for 4 years already. I can still see her sitting next to the coffee pot waiting for daddy to bring her treats. Amazingly her Kitty daddy is still with us. Papa is about 14 years old and still going strong. (Amazing for a feral cat) I miss you little angel. Have fun playing with your brother at the Rainbow Bridge.
