Male cat acting weird, should I be worried?

I have a male cat that has recently been acting weird. He kind of walks around kneading my bed with his back arched like he's trying to poop.
He also seems irritated when I touch him when he's acting this way. I've also noticed that his red rocket is out when he's doing this, should I be worried?
