I am NOT Sela Ward!

I am NOT Sela Ward, I'm a cat! Yahoo! News reported a Reuters story on July 13, 2010 that Sela Ward is joining the cast of "CSI: NY" when the show begins airing again in the fall. (Story: Sela Ward joins "CSI:NY")

"She will play an experienced investigator from Washington D.C., whose work is driven by her empathy for the victim, according to the network."

Contrary to rumor, Teddie Monster cat is NOT Sela Ward. That rumor is unfounded. Teddie was, however, named after a character that Sela Ward played on the TV show "Sisters" although that character's name was spelled "Teddy."

Like Ward's character on that show, Teddie's full name is Theodora. And, like her, she is a celebrity kitteh. It's always all about her (Teddie of course, not Sela).

Sela Ward has always been one of our favorite celebrities here at CLO, and I hope the show does well with her in it.

According to Sela Ward TV, Sela showed her concern for rescue cats (and dogs and birds) by donating a bunch of goodies. Go Sela!
