Cat Memorial: Stella from Angleton

by Gwendolyn
(Angleton, Texas)

Stella was a young cat who was brought to me as a kitten someone left at a restaurant here in town. My family fell in love with her and we kept her. She was a huge part of this family.

Tonight, which is November the 6th, a lady down the road was driving too fast and ran over her. She is so missed.

She would follow me all over and every time I sat on my porch she was always there to greet me to get hugs and kisses and for me to pet her.

I know she didn't have much of a life before she came into my family but she did when she came to us. We loved her so much and all the neighbors loved her too.

I will miss you Stella so much. I know you're in heaven now.

I am very upset knowing that she only had a short life but she knew we loved her. She was our pet, friend and companion to my great grandson who loved her dearly.

For all who read this, if animals are out and you are driving please look out for them so this won't happen to another who has pets and loves them like we did Stella.

It breaks our hearts and it's not easy to get over losing a loved pet. I don't have a pic of her yet but will post one soon.

Thank you for reading this and Stella I love you so much and miss you already.
