Sick cat: 13 year old female sleeping not eating

13 year old female cat sleeping all the time and not eating, only ate a bit of ham. Drinking a lot of water, feels cold to the touch and appears to have no energy. She's never been ill before.
Editor's note: I'm sorry to hear your cat is not feeling good, Wendy. Anytime a cat goes off of food for a day, it's definitely time to see the vet.
If she's not eating (much), has no energy and is sleeping all the time, I would definitely get her to the vet as soon as possible. There are many conditions that include those symptoms, and I'm afraid she needs an examination in order to know what's wrong.
