Patrick Jacob
Angel since September 24th

General Patrick Jacob
A free spirit, a seeker of adventure and the life of every party. He lived his life with purpose and determination. Patrick was my greater joy, my baby son, my friend, my partner, my guardian, my leader. He was my life and I belong to him. My true love will last forever.

Patrick Jacob gave me time to understand that true freedom lays in acceptance. He taught me that life is a great gift, and to never give up because Hope is the only thing we have to hold on to. His courage and willingness to fight for his life, surprised us all.

If I could define Patrick Jacob's journey, I would say that there is no logical explanation for his endurance, than a strong willpower to survive. He fought for his life with dignity and bravery though all his days. I Thank him for his love, strength and inspiration.

Patrick Jacob is now FREE, Forever Flying over the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Shenandoah Valley, following the wind, watching the sunrises, the sunsets, the rainbows, enjoying all the seasons. If I look up I will see his smile.

Patrick made many friends at Dogs and Cats and got a new nickname , he was affectionately called "PJ." Thank you all Vets and staff, Dr. Braz-Ruivo, Dr. Arrington, and a special thanks to Dr. Susan Simmerson who believed in us. I extend my gratitude to All the Vet technicians, front desk and managers.

I'm very sorry for your loss

I'm sorry to hear that Patrick Jacob has passed, Danielle. I see that you've lost two kitties in a relatively short time. That can be very hard on someone who is as attached as you obviously are to your feline friends. I know it's easier said than done, but try to go easy on yourself. Thank you for being a great cat parent!
