Cactus & Tumbleweed

Angel's In Waiting

Angel's In Waiting

They were 1/2 brothers, but loved each other, and us deeply. I lost Tumbleweed to cancer 5 years ago, and Cactus got his angel wings today. I know he is in a better place, and not in pain anymore, my brain tells me this, but my heart won't listen. At least they are back together now, and playing tag, I'm sure, like they use to do. I miss and love them both so very much, but God must have needed them more.

I know how you feel - we lost our cat in 2008.

Rainbow Bridge... a place for our furry babies to wait for us. It's not easy and never seems fair, but they're happy and healthy with their bows, feathers and chicken. Remember the good times. Take care, Thinking of you.

 They forgot you not

Very sorry for your loss. But yes they're in a better place now. But no matter how many times we tell ourselves that it won't help the pain that we have. I lost my ragdoll a couple of years ago and the best thing that helped me was to think of the good times that he had after I rescued him and to think about all the funny things that he did, and it still helps me today, so every once in a while still today I will out of the blue suddenly chuckle. Then people look at me strange and I tell them I was thinking of trouble. So they may be somewhere else but we forget them not.

I am very sure that both Cactus and Tumbleweed knew how much their human loved them. They are back together again, and will never be parted.

You will see them again one day, for they will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge, ready to guide and comfort you.

From that meeting on, you will never be without them.
