Blackjack was the best cat. I would call him sweetness sometimes. My journey with him started about 10 years ago.
You see I used to work at an animal shelter and someone dumped him off there, and I decided to foster him. I decided to keep him and give him lots of love.
Years later, he developed diabetes. He was on insulin twice daily for a year and a half. He passed away on February 19, 2015. I am still dealing with grief. I loved him so much.
I was with him when he passed. I remember he loved catnip, his toys. He will remain in my heart forever.
