Cat Name Cornelius

This is a name I came up with long before I got my kittens. I was sitting around thinking about how I wanted a dog and cat. What would I name them?
The first name that came to mind was Cornelius. It sounds smart and distinguished for a cat and I truly believe that is the personality of most cats.
