Beddy bye-bye!

I bottle-raised Zen (mama cat) and her brothers and sister. Their mother was a feral barn cat that I had been feeding daily.
I didn't see her for a few days and thought that she was just out hunting at the time of my visits. On the third day, the kittens were mewing madly and trying to crawl towards me.
They were only 3 weeks old at the time and I realized that not only was their mother not coming back, but that they could not survive without help. So mommy I was! That was almost 6 years ago!
